With over a decade of experience combined, Brad and Sav had dreams to scale their small studio gym to a fitness centre where athletes of all backgrounds, ages and levels could come and improve their training, thus, The Yard Fitness
Centre was born. With Skyler by their side, Brad and Sav are ready to transform the fitness world.

We use a gym management app called Octiv to manage memberships, bookings and attendance.

I can honesty say that Sav’s training helped me up some epic hills. Specifically the 2300m elevation, 50km trail race I ran (classed as the most challenging in SA.)
After 24km I climbed 800m of chain ladders hanging on the side of a cliff. I was fast like a little monkey so the rope and deadlift training seriously helped.
Coming down 900m of sheer cliff boulders, the strength and core training saved me from falling. You are truly an incredible personal trainer.

Any age or size will feel comfortable at TYFC. Every exercise is suitable for a beginner to an advanced or super fit member.
The trainers are observing their members during the sessions, correcting posture or form.
TYFC sets up the exercises for you – they are always a full body workout! I love the motivation and energy of the trainers at every session!! It feels as if you belong to a community!
